Consider your body to be like a machine.
A well made machine if you don’t mind me saying so.

In order to operate efficiently, you must enable it with the proper tools to perform at its fullest potential.

My approach to diet is as follows;

1. LISTEN to your body.
2. Start to include certain items that are nutritionally dense (don’t focus on what to avoid just yet)
3. Be gentle and forgiving to yourself.
4. Learn how to cook

Diet food has a bad rap for being devoid of flavor and taste. You won’t have to worry about this with my nutritional advice, but knowing how to cook is half the battle towards getting excited about your journey to health

There is so much misinformation about nutrition that you must really take the time to carefully consider your options.
I hope you will take what you read here with a grain of salt and engage the information with some due diligence.

As in my life and in my diet, I feel it is important to diversify and adapt. You want to give yourself variety.
Expose yourself to as much new food as possible in order to acquire the widest host of nutrients available.
We were created with the resilience of being able to eat just about anything in order to derive energy from it.
